Martina Wilkinson, P.E., PTOE
Martina brings more than 25 years’ experience across a broad range of traffic engineering, transportation planning, and project management. She has substantial experience with traffic analysis, transportation master plans, roundabouts, complete street planning, and traffic related design plans. Communication, collaboration and facilitation are strong suites, especially for highly visible / public projects. She has worked in both private and public sectors at a local, county and state level

Joe Olson, P.E.
Joe has more than 30 years’ experience across all facets of traffic engineering and municipal transportation systems management. He is highly skilled in technical areas such as signal operations, transportation metrics and safety evaluations. Another strength is in traffic related program and policy development. Joe seamlessly blends technical knowledge, best management practices, and common sense in his projects and brings excellent communication skills and a high level of trust to all his work.
